Jim Woodgate has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, currently serving in a software engineering role at Ticom Geomatics since October 2012. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Overwatch Systems (a Textron Company) from July 2005 to October 2012, and owned JDW Software, LLC while also working as a Software Engineer at IBM through a subcontract. Early career roles include programming and development positions at 2ndWave/Torchquest, with a specific focus on IBM/Tivoli's Millennium project. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, which was obtained between 1987 and 1992.
