Michael Payne is a seasoned professional in the field of network engineering and systems architecture with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer, Principal at Ticom Geomatics since October 2016, Michael has previously held key roles at SAIC, including Architectural System Engineer and Senior Engineer from October 2003 to October 2016. Earlier career positions include Systems Engineer at TITAN/ACS from April 2001 to September 2003 and Information Technician Second Class in the US Navy from March 1997 to March 2001. Michael holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University (2005-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from St. Cloud State University (1992-1995).
