Lasse Hjuler Christiansen

Lasse Hjuler Christiansen is an experienced professional in machine learning and software engineering, currently serving as Head of Team, AI and Machine Learning at TICRA since October 2021. Previously, Lasse held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at SimCorp from April 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing FinTech solutions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Lasse earned a Ph.D. in applied mathematics and computer science from the Technical University of Denmark, focusing on optimal control of PDE-constrained systems and acquiring solid programming skills in MATLAB, Python, and C++. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mathematical Modelling and Computation and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Technology, both from DTU.
