Harnoor Bandesh has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles.

Starting in 2015, Harnoor worked as a Senior Associate at Publicis Sapient, where they built scalable architectures for clients such as Ferrari and Warner Bros. Notably, Harnoor contributed to the server-side rendering framework for React components in Node JS for the Ferrari World project.

In 2019, Harnoor joined Simple Integrated Marketing as a developer, leading the Mobile App team and successfully shipping multiple apps on both IOS and Android platforms.

Harnoor then moved on to work at Pearler as a Software Developer in 2020, where they used cutting-edge technologies like React, Redux, Typescript, KOA API, Tailwind, and Webpack to build innovative products.

In 2021, Harnoor took on the role of a Freelancer at the University of Adelaide, creating a Project Course Management application that streamlined communication and improved efficiency for professors and markers. They subsequently became an Instructor for the Full-stack Flex Bootcamp, delivering a comprehensive full-stack program to students.

Continuing their journey in software engineering, Harnoor worked as a Software Engineer at Assignar in 2021, applying best practices to deliver high-quality code and contribute to the company's product.

In 2022, Harnoor transitioned to Thought Farm Pty Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they specialized in designing and developing the Sunflower Land game using Web3 principles.

Most recently, Harnoor joined Tic:Toc in 2023 as a Frontend Engineer, where they are currently leveraging their skills in front-end development to contribute to the company's projects.

Harnoor Bandesh pursued a Master's degree in Computing and Innovation from the University of Adelaide from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2015, Harnoor attended the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
