Jodi Ross has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Jodi is currently employed as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Tic:Toc since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regulatory & Compliance Lead at TrueLayer from November 2021 to September 2022. Jodi also served as the Assistant Secretary - Consumer Data Right Regulatory Frameworks at Commonwealth Treasury from March 2021 to October 2021.
Before joining Commonwealth Treasury, Jodi had a long tenure at ACCC, where they held various roles including A/g General Manager CDR Policy, Engagement & Compliance, Executive Director (Policy) Consumer Data Right Branch, Director - Consumer Data Right Branch, and Director (Enforcement). Jodi'stenure at ACCC lasted from April 2016 to March 2021.
Prior to their time at ACCC, Jodi worked as a Senior Lawyer at Australian Government Solicitor from November 2012 to April 2016. Jodi also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz from January 2012 to October 2012. Jodi's early career was at the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, where they served as a Principal Lawyer from June 2001 to October 2008.

Jodi Ross holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Government and Commercial from The Australian National University, which they obtained in the years 2005-2006. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law at the University of Adelaide from 1995 to 1998. Before pursuing their law studies, Jodi studied German Language and Literature at the University of Adelaide, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from 1993 to 1995.
