Minseok Song has a diverse work history with experience in software development, machine learning engineering, and technical leadership. Their most recent role was as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Tic:Toc Home Loans, where they designed and built ETL pipelines and data warehouses using technologies such as Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, and Redshift. Minseok also worked on financial validation models using AWS SageMaker ML algorithms. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at Proviso, where they improved the categorization engine and developed ETL processes for bank transaction records using S3, Lambda, SQS, and PHP. Minseok also utilized machine learning for text pattern recognition in financial records. Minseok Song completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in English Language and Literature from Namseoul University, which they received from 2001 to 2007. Minseok then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Consecutive Interpretation & Translation from Seoul University of Foreign Studies, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Later, they obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
