Todd Sutherland

Todd Sutherland has over 14 years of work experience, starting as a CNC programmer and designer before transitioning into web marketing/engineering design at Forgacs-Broens. Todd then worked as a UI developer/designer at their own company, followed by a digital designer role at Timber Sierra. Todd then worked briefly as a web designer at Marketing Eye before serving as a front-end developer at Get Buzzbox. Todd then worked as a front-end developer at Zift Solutions and as a front-end developer at Longtail UX, where they worked in a Scrum team to integrate the front-end aspect of the company's technology for clients as well as internal projects. Todd currently works as a frontend developer at Nano Home Loans and will work as a frontend engineer at Tic:Toc starting in 2023. Todd'sskills include React.js, Redux, Redux-Saga, Less, Vue.js, Vuex, TypeScript, JavaScript, Sass, GitHub Actions, WebdriverIO, Playwright, Cucumber.js, Laravel Blade, PHP7, Webpack, Git, HTML5, CSS3, and development on the CRM platform.

Todd Sutherland began their education at Woonona High School, and completed it in 2004. Todd pursued a number of certifications and courses later in life, earning a Certificate of Completion in PHP, jQuery, and JavaScript in 2017 through SoloLearn. Todd'sformal education included certificates in Mechanical Engineering in 2010, CNC CAD/CAM in 2016, Fluid Power in 2016, and Computer Aided Design B in 2011 from TAFE NSW. Additionally, they completed a Pre-Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering/Fabricating from TAFE NSW in 2006, and a Horticultural program at Yallah TAFE in 2005. Todd also completed an ISCAR Technical Training program at TAFE NSW in 2010 and a Mechanical Engineering Certificate 3 from TAFE NSW from 2007–2010. Todd's most recent diploma was in Interactive Digital Media, which they earned from SAE Institute in 2017.
