Rachel Sharpless (CMgr)

Rachel Sharpless (CMgr) has a diverse professional background with over 10 years of experience in various roles. Rachel began their career in 2011 as a Work Experience Salesperson at Best Western Premier Queen Hotel, followed by a Work Experience placement in the Corporate Department of Hamilton Harrison & Mathews and a Visa Assistant role at the British High Commission in Nairobi. In 2014, Rachel joined Future Electronics as a Manufacturer Services Representative, where they were responsible for ensuring the integrity of information/orders placed on behalf of customers to their franchised suppliers. Rachel then moved to Seventy Thirty in 2016, where they held the roles of Private Member Consultant and Head of HR. In 2019, Rachel joined KnowledgeBrief as a Client Account Manager and Head of Client Partnerships, where they were responsible for overseeing the Client Partnerships/Account function and growth of client relationships. Finally, in 2022, Rachel was appointed as Senior Account Manager at Tictrac.

Rachel Sharpless received their CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Bournemouth University between 2012 and 2015. Rachel also achieved A Level qualifications in Psychology, Law and Geography from LVS Ascot.
