Hilaire Benson

Hilaire Benson currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success at Tidal Cyber, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Hilaire worked at GreyNoise Intelligence from February 2022 to February 2024, where positions included Senior Customer Experience Specialist and Customer Success Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as Client Success Manager and Project Manager for Software Implementation at Cyber Hill, LLC from March 2020 to July 2021, and as Sales & Event Manager at Table 95 Hospitality from March 2016 to April 2020. Beginning a career in customer service, Hilaire was a Guest Services Associate and Website Copy Writer at Maymont in 2015. Hilaire holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Tourism and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Anthropology, both obtained from the University of Northern Colorado between January 2009 and December 2013.
