Shea Bocchino

Shea Bocchino is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Tidal Financial Group since February 2024, following a progression from Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this, Bocchino held various roles at Google from October 2014 to November 2023, including Recruiting Manager, responsible for overseeing a team of software engineering recruiters, as well as serving as Project Manager in Recruiting and Recruiter. Earlier career experience includes working as a Recruiter at Societe Generale from February 2010 to October 2014. Shea Bocchino earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Rider University, graduating in May 2009.
