Johannis Johari, FCCA, currently serves as Deputy Managing Director at Tidal Group and Director at Touch Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a position held since May 2023. Previously, Johannis held the title of Group Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Group Chief Finance Officer at Touch Group Holdings from July 2016 to December 2022. Additional leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer at Touch Mobileguards Sdn Bhd, Vice President of Treasury & Finance at NAZA World Group of Companies, and Associate Director at HSBC. Johannis’s extensive experience in corporate finance and banking is complemented by foundational roles at Hong Leong Group, MIDF Group, BDO, and PwC.
