Rupa Shamanna

Rupa heads the Quality Department at TIDC and also holds the additional QMS Management responsibility as Management Representative of TIDC for sustenance of AS9100-D and CMMI-DEV Level 3 Certifications. She comes with an overall Industry experience of 19 years in the field of Engineering and Quality Management. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mysore University.

She is a Certified Software Quality Assurance Engineer (CSQA) from QAI Global, Honeywell Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Internal Auditor from UL and SCAMPI A Assessor for CMMI-Dev. She started her corporate career at Siemens Communication Software as Software Developer and then took over various roles of Engineering, Quality Management and Leadership at Siemens and Honeywell Technology Solutions, Bangalore. She joined erstwhile Esterline Technologies from Honeywell in 2017 which has now been acquired by TransDigm recently.
