Alice Knowles has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM). Alice began their career at GoGet Carshare in 2014, where they served as a Team Leader in support. In this role, they were responsible for training, quality assurance, and liaising with senior management. Alice also played a key role in the launch of an offshore contact center and provided coaching and support to the offshore team. Alice joined Tide in 2017, starting as a Member Services Specialist, where they provided customer support to their growing membership base. Alice then progressed to the role of CRM Executive, followed by Senior CRM Executive. Currently, they are a CRM Manager at Tide. Their responsibilities include managing customer relationships and ensuring developers and designers are aware of any challenges faced by users of the Tide app.
Alice Knowles obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology & Social Justice from The University of Notre Dame Australia. Alice attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
