Alistair F. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alistair began their career at Saga plc. in 2016 as a Learning and Development Specialist, where they designed and delivered training programs for new employees and provided coaching to improve performance. In 2018, they joined Holiday Extras as a Software Engineering Manager, a role they held until 2020. At Holiday Extras, they managed software engineering projects and teams. Alistair's most recent position is with Tide, starting in 2020. Alistair has held multiple roles at Tide, including People (Engineering) Manager, Senior People (Engineering) Manager, and currently, People (Engineering) Management Lead.

Alistair F. has a diverse educational background with a focus on the performing arts. Alistair began their education at Bridgwater & Taunton College, where they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts specializing in Acting. This program lasted from 2007 to 2009.

After completing their diploma, Alistair enrolled at Rose Bruford College from 2009 to 2012. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Theatre Arts, solidifying their foundation in theater and expanding their understanding of European theater practices.

In addition to their formal education, Alistair has obtained additional certifications to further enhance their skill set. In June 2019, they became a certified Mental Health First Aid champion, which reflects their commitment to supporting mental health awareness and promoting well-being. More recently, in May 2022, Alistair completed The Mintable - Manager Foundation Accelerator program, offered by The Mintable. These additional certifications showcase Alistair's continuous efforts to acquire valuable skills and knowledge beyond their formal education.
