Jenn Thorogood

Jenn Thorogood serves as the Lead Product/Engineering Business Partner at Tide since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing Data/Software Engineers and enhancing individual and team performance. Jenn has successfully engaged with engineers across different levels, focusing on their well-being, development, and growth while improving team engagement and processes. Prior to Tide, Jenn held several positions at Holiday Extras from April 2018 to March 2021, including Senior Engineer People Manager and Developer Lead, where efforts centered on performance management, team development, and organizational growth initiatives. Jenn’s experience also includes a role as Customer Relations Manager at Saga plc. from May 2016 to April 2018.
