Komal Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2023, they joined Tide as a KYC Analyst. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Voluntary Intern at Amisu federation. In 2022, they had multiple internships at Unschool, where they worked as an Operations Intern (Youth Leader) from September 2022 to March 2023, and as a Sales and Marketing Intern (Youth Influencer) from August 2022 to September 2022. Additionally, in 2022, they worked as a Sales Executive at Foxmula - The Smart Way from October 2022 to November 2022.

Komal Shah began their education at St. Karen's Secondary School in 2012, where they studied commerce. Komal continued their secondary education at the same school until 2013. After completing their secondary education, Komal enrolled at Patna University in 2017 to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Komal graduated from Patna University in 2019. In 2022, Komal started their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), specializing in Finance. This program is scheduled to end in 2024. In 2023, Komal pursued a Certified Investment Banking Operations Professional program at Imarticus Learning, focusing on Investment Banking and Finance. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed another Certified Investment Banking Operations Professional program at Imarticus, with a specific focus on Investments and Securities.
