Madhurya R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career with Accenture in 2011, working as an Analyst on a project that involved business infrastructure and e-commerce up-gradation strategy for a leading U.S. based metals company. Their responsibilities included researching market competition, developing programming modules using SQL and Java, and preparing collateral for client meetings.

After their tenure at Accenture, Madhurya worked as a Teaching Assistant at Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College in 2012, followed by an internship as a Product Analyst at Orchestro in 2013.

In 2014, Madhurya joined Phillips Energy Partners as a Financial Analyst, where they analyzed financial data and contributed to business planning. They later assumed the role of Senior Financial Analyst before leaving in 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Madhurya worked at Fortis Minerals LLC as a Senior Analyst, where they performed analytical tasks to support the company's operations.

In 2019, Madhurya joined Revolut as a Senior Product Owner, responsible for overseeing product development and strategy. They held this position until 2020.

Currently, Madhurya is employed at Tide as a Senior Product Manager, and will transition into the role of Lead Product Manager in July 2023.

Madhurya then pursued a Master of Engineering Management degree at Dartmouth College from 2012 to 2014. Madhurya later attended Sotheby's Institute of Art in 2019 for a program focused on Art and its Markets. Additionally, they completed their Indian Certificate in Secondary Education from Gitanjali School in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
