Merul Shah

Merul Shah is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Tide, where they lead the organization's talent acquisition across all areas, including executive search and employer branding. Prior to this role, Merul managed the Leadership Recruiting team at Meta, focusing on hiring for Manager, Director, and VP level positions in EMEA and APAC. With experience in hands-on recruiting across tech and non-tech sectors at companies like TEKsystems and Reliance Health, Merul has a passion for building diverse and empowered talent acquisition teams. They hold a BSc in Geography from the University of Leeds.
