Puneet Gupta

Puneet Gupta is a Senior Vice President with over 22 years of experience in operations and transformation across banking, consulting, and oil & gas sectors. Currently leading a team of approximately 3,000 colleagues at HSBC and providing customer service support to around 14 million customers across 10 countries, Puneet has successfully driven organization-wide transformation initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience. Puneet has previously held significant roles at various esteemed companies, including BT and Schlumberger, and earned a B.Tech in Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, Puneet enjoys playing the piano and has completed two half marathons.
