Todorka Todorova has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Content Writer for an unspecified company until 2022. In the same year, they also worked as a Youth Communication Officer for the ISCA - International Sport and Culture Association from February 2015 to April 2016. In 2021, they joined Sixty K Ltd (60K) as a Customer Service Representative, and their tenure lasted until February 2022. Following that, they worked as a Social Media Customer Experience Associate at Crypto.com from February 2022 to June 2022. Currently, they are employed at Tide from August 2022 as a Social Media Associate. Throughout their roles, they have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and has consistently exceeded expectations.

Todorka Todorova completed their Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics & IT from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended the Professional High School of Business and Banking from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Professional degree in Economics with a specialization as a Customs agent.

In 2023, they received certifications in Copywriting from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™). In 2022, they obtained certifications in Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, Critical Thinking for More Effective Communication, Empathy for Customer Service Professionals, Leverage the Power of Curiosity at Work to Adapt and Grow with Francesca Gino, and Serving Customers Using Social Media, all from LinkedIn. Todorka also passed the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in July 2022.
