Patrick Joseph Devlin is an experienced leader in safety, security, and emergency management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Safety, Security and Emergency Management at Tidelands Health since July 2015, Patrick integrates technology with regulatory standards to enhance enterprise resilience and security operations. Prior roles include serving as a Safety Officer for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where Patrick focused on reducing risks during disaster response missions, and as the System Manager for Emergency Management and Business Continuity at Fairview Health Services, where responsibilities included strategic oversight and compliance navigation in healthcare emergency management. Earlier experience includes managing disaster management activities for regional healthcare and serving as a Paramedic with Pitt County Emergency Medical Services. Patrick holds a B.S. in Microbiology/Immunology from East Carolina University.
