Ayesha K.

Ayesha K. is an accomplished leader in the social sector with extensive experience in philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Tides and an Innovator in Residence at The Hatchery, Emory Center for Innovation, Ayesha is dedicated to amplifying the impact of changemakers and supporting student entrepreneurs. As a co-founder and board member of FUSE Corps, Ayesha has contributed to addressing urban community challenges, while serving as Managing Director of CARE Enterprises Inc, Ayesha focused on creating economic opportunities with an emphasis on women. Prior roles include founding the Civic Accelerator, leading Points of Light's civic innovation efforts, and holding significant positions at Borders for Atlanta and United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta. Ayesha's academic background includes a Master's in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a Bachelor's in Psychology and English from Franklin & Marshall College, and a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
