Interim Director, Real Estate And Operations at Tides

Lexi Paza has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple organizations and roles. Lexi started their career in 2007 at MetroSquash as a Grantwriter and Academic Tutor. In 2009, they became an AmeriCorps National Member at Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley, where they mobilized volunteers to provide repairs for low-income elderly and disabled homeowners. Lexi then joined KaBOOM! in 2010 as a Project Manager, where they successfully executed large-scale events to build custom playgrounds with the help of volunteers. In 2011, they worked as a Grant Writer at Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Program and Outreach Manager at the Housing Industry Foundation. In 2015, they joined Tides as the Deputy Director, Real Estate and Operations, where they developed and managed nonprofit event and coworking spaces for corporate partners. Recently, in 2020, they became the Co-Director of The Nonprofit Centers Network, a special initiative of Tides that supports the development and operations of multi-tenant nonprofit centers and other quality nonprofit workspaces.

Lexi Paza's education history starts in 2002 when they enrolled at Washington College. Lexi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology in 2006. After that, they pursued further education at the University of Chicago, where they earned their Master of Arts degree in Social Service Administration from 2007 to 2009.
