Shanthi Ramesh

Shanthi Ramesh has a strong background in people technology and operations, with experience spanning multiple industries. Shanthi most recently served as the Head of People Technology and Operations at Tides starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of People Transformation and Operations at NCR Corporation from June 2021 to August 2022. Shanthi Ramesh also has extensive experience in human resources roles, including positions as the Sr. Director of People Excellence at Mölnlycke, Director of Corporate HR at Atrium Hospitality, and Sr. Manager of Continuous Process Improvement & Transformation at ADP. Shanthi began their career as a Consultant/Analyst at Oracle. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to lead and drive people-focused initiatives.

Shanthi Ramesh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Systems from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli. Shanthi also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Madras. In addition to their formal education, Shanthi has obtained certifications including the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM.
