Cendy Gonzalez

Cendy Gonzalez has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Cendy is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Tides Family Services since June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the Diocese of Fall River from June 2022 to June 2023. Cendy also has extensive experience at Amos House, where they served as the Human Resources Manager from January 2012 to June 2022 and as the Government Grants Manager from March 2009 to January 2015. Prior to their role at Amos House, they worked as a Legal Secretary at Berry & Leftwich from August 2005 to September 2007. Cendy's early career includes working as a Congressional Scheduler for the United States Congress from November 2004 to August 2006.

Cendy Gonzalez obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota-Morris, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they earned a Notary Public certification from the Rhode Island Secretary of State. In March 2020, they became certified in CPR/AED/First Aid through the American Red Cross. In September 2019, they completed training to become a Reflective Structured Dialogue Facilitator at Essential Partners. Finally, in August 2019, they obtained certification as an Accident Investigator from The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company.
