Franklin Ceballos has over five years of experience in various roles focused on customer service, case management, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Outreach and Tracking Caseworker at Tides Family Services since August 2018, Franklin assists families facing school difficulties, truancy issues, and family conflicts while providing intensive case management and informal counseling. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Account Associate at Aaron's, Inc., where Franklin coached customers on lease agreements, and as a Welcome Center Representative at the Cranston YMCA, where responsibilities involved member recruitment and financial assistance guidance. Initial experience was gained as a Front Office Executive at Stop & Shop, managing the gas station and overseeing cash handling. Franklin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
