Kristen Bousquet

Kristen Bousquet, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Staffing at TideSmart, a position held since May 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to TideSmart, Kristen was the HR & Internship Program Manager at Northcross Group from November 2020 to May 2021. Kristen's diverse experience includes roles at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange, where responsibilities encompassed Account Consultant and Placement Coordinator for Camp Exchange USA from October 2016 to April 2020. Earlier in the career, Kristen worked as the Program Coordinator and Summer Camp Director at the Natural Resources Trust of Easton from August 2012 to September 2016, along with a brief position as the Assistant Camp Director at Roger Williams Park Zoo in June 2012. Kristen holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Vermont, obtained in 2012.
