Emily Richardson possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and workforce development. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Workforce Solutions at Tidewater Community College since October 2016, Emily previously held the position of President at the VA Career Education Foundation from August 2004 to June 2015. Emily also coordinated career and technical education and adult education at Suffolk Public Schools from January 1999 to June 2004. Emily earned an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University between 1990 and 1994.
