Aaron Degodny

Aaron Degodny is an experienced executive with a strong background in commercial leadership and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Tidewater Transportation and Terminals, Aaron is responsible for leading business development, sales, marketing, and government affairs while overseeing Tidewater Environmental Services. Prior to this role, Aaron was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Rand Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities included guiding the organization through post-bankruptcy transition and managing various corporate functions. Aaron's earlier career at CN included significant roles such as Director of Sales for Bulk Commodities and Petroleum & Chemicals, where strategic direction and revenue management were key focuses. Aaron's foundational experience in the agribusiness sector with Cargill further strengthened a robust expertise in transportation and logistics, supported by a BBA in Transportation/Logistics from Iowa State University.
