Sheryl Blunck has extensive experience in human resources, notably serving as Human Resources Manager at Tidewater from April 2010 until retirement in April 2023. In this role, Sheryl was responsible for guiding all HR functions, including policy development, staffing, performance management, and employee relations, while also ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Prior to Tidewater, Sheryl worked as Human Resources Administrator III at Warn Industries from 1996 to 2009, handling recruitment, training, and employee relations. Sheryl holds a Master's in Human Resources Development from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Vanguard University of Southern California. Currently, Sheryl is exploring new endeavors and "re-purposing" life post-retirement.
