Ayelet Ziklik-Borenstein has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Ayelet started their career as a Consultant at the Welfare Center - Social Services in 1994, where they worked until 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they served as an Organizational Consultant at ENOSH – A Project Management and Consultant Firm.

In 1997, they also began working as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Haifa, a role in which they stayed until 2000.

In 2000, Ayelet joined Intel Corporation and held various roles over the span of 17 years. Ayelet started as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing HR support to different business groups in Israel and the US. Ayelet then became an HR Manager, leading HR teams and developing and executing HR strategy and plans. Later on, they assumed the role of Israel Learning and Development Manager before being promoted to Senior HR Director, supporting a global engineering division. Ayelet'sresponsibilities in that role included leading a global HR group and supporting approximately 7,000 employees worldwide. Ayelet concluded their time at Intel Corporation as EMEA Talent Solutions, Diversity and Inclusion Lead.

Since 2017, Ayelet has been working at Tidhar Group | קבוצת תדהר as the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2022, they were promoted to Deputy CEO.

Ayelet Ziklik-Borenstein holds a Master's Degree in Organizational and Occupational Psychology from the University of Haifa, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Education from the University of Haifa from 1994 to 1997, graduating with honors in both faculties. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including the Singularity Executive Program from Singularity University in March 2022, the Directors' and Officers' course from IDC Executive Education in 2021, and the Certified SAFe 4 Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2016.
