Donna Jacobson has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Donna began their career in 1986 as Manager, Sales Support/Sales Administrator at MJ Systems, Inc., where they managed a staff of 6 sales representatives and coordinated departmental resources. In 1998, they moved to Value America as a Project Manager/EC Business Analyst, where they managed the successful implementation of a new credit card processing system for web commerce initiative on time and within budget. In 2000, they joined The Kodiak Group as a Sr. eCommerce Consultant, managing the migration of clients to a new eCommerce service center and providing analysis for numerous customer projects. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at The Home Depot as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they implemented an off-shore support team, implemented automated identification and tracking of failed credit requests, and enhanced documentation of procedures. Finally, from 2008 to the present, they have worked at TIE Kinetix as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant.

Donna Jacobson attended Piedmont Virginia Community College from 1995 to 1995, where they received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration.
