Pam Lange

Pam Lange has extensive experience in leadership and educational development, currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director at Black Hills Special Services Cooperative since June 2013. In addition, Pam has been the Development Coordinator for TiE since July 2004 and worked as a Consultant for Technology and Innovation in Education from July 2003 to July 2011. Pam holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of South Dakota, completed between 1998 and 2011.
