Patrick Chojnacki has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Team Leader at CPX Sports, where they oversaw safety during paintball games, controlled and guided customers in groups of up to 100, and delivered over 200 public speeches on safety. In 2012, they took on a Marketing/Promotions Intern role at CBS Radio, where they interacted with staff, producers, and sales department on various promotions/special events, wrote commercial copy and on-air promotional mentions, and handled site checks and completed execution sheets for promotional events. In 2013, they became a Sponsorship Research Intern at IEG, where they maintained sales and research databases on over 200,000 files, conducted primary and secondary research, and created competitive intelligence reports for clients. In 2011, they took on a Graphic Designer role at Alpha Kappa Psi - Eta Rho, where they created promotional material in print and digital form for over 25 events using Adobe Suite software, communicated with all chapter committees in order to satisfy all design requests, and collaborated with committee members to ensure work was completed in a timely manner. In 2014, they became a Marketing/Membership Manager at the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, where they strengthened member engagement through segmented offerings to 30,000+ members, implemented a new segmentation approach to messaging, curated a more customer-first brand voice, and exhibited at appropriate conferences. This led to membership growth of 5% in 2018. In 2018, they took on a Product Manager role at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group, where they commanded multi-channel marketing campaigns and content sourcing for 25 – 35 in-person and digital events per year across 13 North America markets (U. S. and Canada). Patrick also developed twelve month marketing plans for SAP industry events, created project roadmaps for the business year, and managed large scale marketing of conferences. In 2021, they became a Marketing Project Manager at Tiege Hanley, Inc., where they dictated and efficiently managed 100% of internal and external marketing projects, impacting all departments of the business, directly driving 12% growth in customer acquisitions in 2021 vs. 2020, and sustaining customer retention rates, per business benchmarks. Patrick also improved cross-collaboration of marketing, CX, operations, creative, and product development teams by drastically improving usage of project tracking software, Asana, while reducing software costs by 50% in 2021.

Patrick Chojnacki obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Joliet Junior College in 2011. In addition, they hold certifications in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy (obtained in April 2018), Cvent Event Management from Cvent (obtained in July 2020), and Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross (obtained in December 2014).
