Aline Gruba

Aline Gruba has extensive experience in various roles related to digital development, project management, and marketing. Aline'smost recent position was as the Head of Products at Tiendamia, where they started in January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer Manager at the same company from October 2022 to December 2023. From September 2020 to October 2022, they held the role of eCommerce Project Manager and Team Leader of Business Operations at Tiendamia.

Before joining Tiendamia, Aline worked at GCBA from 2017 to 2020, holding several positions such as Digital Development Leader and Project Manager in the field of digital projects and analytics.

Prior to GCBA, they gained experience as a Project Leader and Account Manager at W3 Digital Agency from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on digital strategy, business development, and project management.

Earlier in their career, Aline worked as a Marketing Online specialist at Dridco from 2012 to 2013 and as a Business Development and Digital Marketing professional in the pharmaceutical industry at Medisoft S.A. from 2009 to 2012. Aline also has experience as a Marketing Product Analyst at TNX in 2008 and as a Marketing Events Manager at Castelo do Batel from 2003 to 2007.

Aline Gruba completed a Posgrado in Gesti\u00f3n de proyectos at Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional BA in 2019. Aline also earned a degree in Maestr\u00eda y Especializaci\u00f3n en Marketing y Comunicaci\u00f3n from Universidad de 'San Andr\u00e9s'\u200b from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they completed a Curso Posgrado in Design Thinking at UADE in 2017, and a POS GRADUACI\u00d3N in MARKETING at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales in 2008. Aline also pursued further education at FACULDADES CURITIBA, where they earned a P\u00d3S GRADUA\u00c7\u00c3O in EVENTOS from 2004 to 2006.
