Laura Fernandez

Laura Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently, they work as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Tiendamia, leading a team of specialists across different countries. Prior to this, they were an HRBP Latam at clicOH, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth from 10 to 300 employees in two years. Laura also held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at clicOH. Additionally, Laura worked as a tech recruiter in 2020 and gained customer experience expertise as a Customer Experience professional at Apex America from 2017 to 2020.

Laura Fernandez holds a Licenciatura in Psicología from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, which they obtained from 2015 to 2022. In 2022, they pursued a degree in People Analytics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, specifically in the field of Procesamiento de datos y tecnología de procesamiento de datos. Before that, from 2008 to 2014, they completed their Bachiller Humanista at the Colegio Nacional de Monserrat.
