Milena Rueda has extensive work experience in compliance and operational risk roles within different companies. Milena is currently serving as the Export Compliance & Operational Risk Lead at Tiendamia since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Risk & Compliance Supervisor at Mercado Libre from July 2021 to November 2022. Milena has also held multiple positions at Walmart Argentina, including Gerente de Compliance, SME en Comercio Exterior from June 2020 to November 2022, Gerente de Compliance, SME Comercio Exterior y Salud y Bienestar from May 2018 to June 2020, Licences & Permits, Antitrust and Trade Coordinator - Compliance from August 2016 to May 2018, Imports Compliance Coordinator from September 2015 to July 2016, Imports Analyst from March 2014 to August 2015, and Imports Assistant from June 2013 to February 2014. Prior to joining Walmart Argentina, they worked as a Jr Import Anaylist - Inbound at Nike Argentina from September 2011 to April 2013.

Milena Rueda has a Master's degree in International Business Relations, specializing in International Commercial Relations. Milena obtained this degree in 2018 from the Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, with a focus on International Trade, at the Universidad Nacional de Lujan between 2007 and 2014. Additionally, they also earned a Technical degree in International Trade, specializing in Foreign Trade and Customs, from the same university between 2007 and 2011.
