Romina Polverigiani

Romina Polverigiani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Romina is currently working as the Head of Talent at Tiendamia since July 2023. Before that, Romina held the position of Regional Rewards Manager at QuintoAndar from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Líder de Compensaciones y Beneficios at Red Link S.A. from March 2021 to November 2021. Romina also had a significant tenure at Walmart, where they served as HR Partner & Mentor Diseño Org. y Compensaciones Benchmarking from September 2020 to March 2021, and as an Especialista en Diseño Organizacional y Compensaciones from September 2015 to September 2020. Romina also worked at Natura as a Coordinadora de Compensaciones Regional and Coordinadora de Compensaciones y Beneficios Argentina from December 2013 to April 2015. Romina Polverigiani has a diverse education history. In 1997-2001, they attended ISFA and obtained a high school diploma with a focus on administrative accounting. Romina then pursued a Técnico Superior degree in hotel administration and organization from La Suisse, where they studied multiple languages, marketing, finance, and public relations from 2002-2005. Later, they attended Universidad del Salvador from 2007-2011, completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration. Most recently, in 2020, Romina undertook a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
