María José Hernández

María José Hernández is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and strategy. Currently serving as Sub Gerente de Estrategia de Personas and Consultor de proyectos at Grupo Distelsa, María José is involved in a project aimed at optimizing personnel management at points of sale in collaboration with London Consulting Group. Previously, as a Senior Financial Analyst, María José developed comprehensive financial reports and analyses for various divisions within the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Financial Analyst at Fosban, where María José managed financial projections and budgets with high accuracy, and as Junior Treasurer at Instituto Guatemalteco Americano, where process improvements dramatically reduced late payments. María José holds an MBA from INCAE Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Panamericana - Guatemala.
