Erubiel Ortega

Erubiel Ortega is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery management and infrastructure oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Manager at Tier 1 Techs since January 2020, Erubiel previously held the position of IT Service Delivery & Infrastructure Manager for the Americas at Takeda, where responsibilities included managing a 24/7 production support team, budget oversight, and deployment of disaster recovery solutions. Prior roles include Service Delivery Manager for NH Hotel Group, overseeing IT infrastructure for 55 hotels in Latin America and the USA, and Regional IT Manager for AMResorts, managing two resorts and leading corporate projects. Erubiel's career began at NH Hotel Group as an IT Manager, coordinating local tech support and supervising new construction projects. Erubiel holds an Engineer's degree from Universidad del Valle de México.
