Bailey Ransburg

Bailey loves to imagine what's possible and to embrace the messy middle of problem solving. She enjoys leaning into her analytical skills to explore how to bring people together in meaningful ways.

Bailey studied Organizational Leadership & Supervision with a Psychology minor at Purdue University. As a BLP HR/Operations Intern, she found a passion for employee engagement and offering spaces that empower people to feel and do their best. Bailey also spent three years pioneering efficiency and effectiveness as a Project Coordinator and front-line fundraiser for Riley Children's Foundation. Project management, people-centric, and philanthropic work energizes Bailey as she is passionate about creating spaces where change can take place.
