Charonda has an eclectic background of marketing, human resources, and operations within the education, non-profit, transportation, engineering, and supply chain fields. Professional development and coaching teams at many levels within the organization has been a longstanding role throughout her career. She hails from Penn State with a degree in Media Studies/International Communications and has her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College.
