Chris Terry

Chris enjoys improving and simplifying processes, enabling people to be successful within and across studios, and creatively executing solutions to differentiate TiER1 from competitors.

In 1999, Chris co-founded rapidLD, a professional services consulting firm specializing in the selection, development, and deployment of Human Capital and Talent Management Systems. Over the next 20 years, Chris grew the organization and worked in a variety of roles, including consulting operations, practice and project management, business development, and consulting. He also has extensive experience in managing consulting and professional services teams, building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships, and selling and delivering services in all stages of the software life cycle. In 2020, rapidLD was acquired by TiER1 Performance, and Chris transitioned to serve as Principal.
