Jenny is energized when collaborating with others to achieve desired outcomes. She has fun helping to create and implement best practices. She loves recruiting and the challenge of finding outstanding talent at all phases of the journey. Jenny also takes great pride in helping new employees feel welcome!

Jenny enjoyed working in advertising, sales, and marketing early on in her career. In more recent years, she worked as an independent contractor for a small start-up where she provided project support; managed talent acquisition; and collaborated with her team on sales, marketing and business development efforts.
