Karen spent over 20 years as a technology professional in a variety of roles within entrepreneurial firms, mid-sized companies, and large corporations, including Fidelity Investments and LensCrafters (now Luxottica). As a software engineer, a mid-level manager, and an executive, Karen has relied on her ability to build relationships, create collaborative environments, engage resources, and deliver results. In 2008, she stepped away from the corporate environment to spend quality time with her family and to pursue an interest in Positive Psychology, eventually becoming a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation. Her interest in people, performance, and potential led her to join TiER1 in 2011.
