After graduating with an English and theatre arts degree from Northern Kentucky University, Steve began his professional career at TiER1. As time progressed, his knowledge and skill set quickly grew. He attributes the growth of his expertise to being mentored by wonderful colleagues and nurtured by a culture that is second to none.
