Iris Fung, PMP, BSc

Iris Fung, PMP, BSc has a wealth of experience in project management. Iris began their career in 1998 as an IT Development Team Lead at First Marathon Securities Limited. In 2004, they joined IBM as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. At IBM, they were responsible for defining business functional and technical requirements for client projects, and received an award for good quality business result and high satisfaction of client. In 2008, they moved to National Bank Financial as a Project Manager and worked on a project for extensive application enhancements. In 2010, they joined National Bank of Canada as a Project Manager, where they prioritized and led concurrent independent or related projects. Finally, in 2017 they joined Tier1 Financial Solutions as a Senior Project Manager. At Tier1, they managed complex and fast-paced client on-boarding projects to implement a suite of Tier1 products on the cloud, with customization and integration of multiple vendors.

Iris Fung holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Studies from the City University of Hong Kong. Iris also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and a Masters Certificate in Project & Portfolio Management from Bay3000 Consulting Inc. Additionally, they hold a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, obtained in February 2020.
