Terhi Malinen

Terhi Malinen has extensive experience in IT support and telecommunications, currently serving as an IT-asiantuntija at Kuntien Tiera Oy since November 2018. Previously, Terhi worked at ManpowerGroup from May 2011 to March 2017 as an On-Site Support provider for Microsoft employees in Salo, and at InfoCare from April 2009 to May 2011, offering local IT support services for Nokia in Salo. Terhi's background also includes a specialist role in Voice Services at IBM between April 2004 and March 2009, as well as a similar position at Nokia from August 1985 to March 2004. An early career began with roles as an electronics production worker at Scanpower Oy and as a cafeteria worker and cabin stewardess with Viking Line, highlighting a diverse skill set developed over several decades in various service-oriented positions.
