Craig George

Craig George, CHRL, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Tiercon Corp., overseeing HR functions for five locations across Canada and the US, managing a workforce of 650 employees, and leading negotiations for three collective bargaining agreements. Before joining Tiercon in April 2015, Craig held the position of Human Resources Manager at Linamar from August 2004 to March 2015, where a rapid promotion followed an initial role as Employee Relations Assistant. Craig's extensive HR expertise encompasses employee relations, health and safety program management, recruitment, and professional development, and includes valuable international experience in Michigan, U.S. Craig earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Guelph and a CHRL designation in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
