Alex Harkleroad

Alex Harkleroad is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solutions delivery and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as Senior Solutions Delivery Manager at TierPoint since July 2020, Alex leads client implementations and technical design requirements. Previously, Alex worked at SelectQuote Insurance Services as an Infrastructure Engineer and held various roles at Cavern Technologies, including IT Manager and Sr. Systems Administrator/Network Administrator, where responsibilities included colocation data center implementation and end-user support for IT systems. Earlier career experiences include supervisory roles in technical support at H&R Block and providing desktop support at Sand Dollar Group, LLC, and the Blue Valley School District. Alex pursued coursework towards a B.S. in Information Systems at The University of Kansas.
